Our program works great with those that already have an existing website. If you do not have an existing website, we can help with that too.

What kind of results can I expect?
Depending on your real estate market, he site usually begins to generate traffic within 2-3 weeks after launch with solid lead traffic developing in 3-6 months.

Do I need to be a member of the local MLS to participate?
Yes. You will be required to be a member of the local MLS if you would like to participate in our program.

What if I don't want your website replace my existing home page?
Our browser websites are not designed to replace your existing home page, but to increase your reach across Internet search engines. Our browser sites complement increase you Internet footprint.

Can't I build my own optimized real estate web site?
Of course you can build your own website. However, most SEO companies charge thousands of dollars and after development, leave you to manage the site and the SEO activities on your own. We know that our SEO experience and your local real estate expertise allows us both to focus on what we each do best.

How Do I Know You're Not Helping My Competition?
We do not share any of your purchased leads - ever. They are exclusively yours. One of the most popular features of our service is the ability to let you gain exclusive coverage of your market area. If you are the first in your MLS area to participate in our service, we will not let anyone else in the same MLS area become affiliated with our services at all, for as long as you remain our client.

Will my website be optimized for search engine ranking?
Yes! Our team of professional SEO consultants and programmers work efficiently to actively promote your real estate website on the internet's most popular search engines like Yahoo!, Google, and MSN. 

What if I'm not happy with your service?
We have trained professionals who would be happy to assist you. If for any reason you feel you are not seeing improvements in increased lead generation, you may terminate our agreement at any time. No strings attached.  However, your branded IDX website will be removed. 

What if I get a non-useful lead?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a lead because you question its validity, you may request credit within 72 hours.  Your request will be verified before a credit is issued. In order to obtain credit for an invalid lead, the lead information you received must have presented invalid contact information, such as, name, phone, and/or e-mail, etc. Invalid leads will be verified through Internet Engine.

Once the lead is verified as invalid, credit will be issued on the next billing cycle. You may submit your request via e-mail or telephone. Excess leads which you do not want to purchase would remain the property of Internet Engine and may be resold. On the contrary, once you have purchased leads, you gain exculsive rights to those leads and may resell them if you choose.
